Shalaka Mulherkar, Enchanted Proteas

It took 12 hour to hang. All the artists were present, offering their opinions about too many florals together or whether the works were cohesive, side-by-side. All the furor was worth it. The exhibition is a luminous wash of pure joy.

Take a break from your to-do list and head to Lafayette. After all, it’s a short drive. Once you are there, your senses will be flooded by the artistry, skill and variety of the works on display. Warning: This location is also a “den” so, mind the ping-pong and pool tables.
