Presented in collaboration with AAPIC North Bay (Asian American Pacific Islander Coalition) and the Many Moons Festival, Under Many Moons: Asian and Pacific Islander Art, Identity, and Community is a juried exhibition exploring themes of identity, heritage, belonging and cultural expression.
Rooted in the spirit of the Many Moons Festival, an annual autumn gathering in Sebastopol that uplifts Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) culture, creativity and community, this exhibition extends that energy into SebArts.
While you Are There
Consider timing your visit so that you can also enjoy the second annual Many Moons Festival, presented by AAPIC on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ives Park in Sebastopol.
REGARDLESS of the timing of your visit, never overlook the opportunity to explore Florence Avenue where residents have created sculptures to adorn the front lawns of their homes using found objects and painted sheet metal. My current favorite is the Crow Bar. (Get it? Crowbar!)
