How does this sound: An evening of live jazz and a little wine, while you are surrounded by original works of art? If that is your ideal evening (with perhaps a loved one, or several loved ones, I’m not here to judge), then you need to hurry over to the Sound Room while the Oakland Art Association has their exhibition there.

The title of the exhibition is “Cheerful & Uplifting”. Right now, we all could use a lot of that.
